Mobility within the EU for students

All you have to know

 1* WITH A INTRAMOBILITY AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE SPANISH UNIVERSITY AND THE FOREIGN UNIVERSITY 

Who can? 

*Students with TIE in Spain can study in other EU countries without obtaining another permit for 1 year. 

*Students with permission in another EU country can study in Spain whitout obtaining any permission for 1 year. 

*What should be submitting and where?: 

A communication to the government delegation (immigration) of the province where you are going to travel, by the Spanish Education institution. 

*When do you have to submit the communication?: 

Before arriving in Spain or withim a month of arrival in our country.

What should the communication indicate?:

Length of stay, start and end date and place where the studies Will be done.

What requirements must you meet?

*Be the holder of an authorization for studies in forcé in an EU country.

*Copy of the agreement between a foreign spanish university for your transfer.

*Spanish University admission letter.

2* WITHOUT A INTRAMOBILITY AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE SPANISH UNIVERSITY AND THE FOREIGN UNIVERSITY 

A student with a study permit in another country to come to Spain to study, If he is not covered by a mobility agreement he must comply with:

* Obtention of a student visa in Spanish consulate in his/her home country or , in Spain (after entering Spain as a tourist)
